Orders and deposits

Placing an order does not start production. We require a deposit of 50% before any work begins. The balance is due on completion, before collection or delivery.

Proofs

For custom work we send you a proof. We print exactly what you approve. Once you approve a proof we are not responsible for spelling, colour or placement errors it contained — please check it carefully. Nothing is printed before you approve.

Artwork you supply

You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you upload. We will tell you if a file is too low-resolution to print well, but if you ask us to proceed anyway, the result is accepted as-is.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel free of charge at any time before production starts, and we will refund what you have paid. Once production has started, materials are committed and the deposit is non-refundable. If we get something wrong against an approved proof, we reprint it at our cost.

Turnaround

Lead times shown are working days from proof approval and cleared deposit, not from when the order was placed. We will tell you if something will take longer.

Pricing

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings. Bulk pricing is applied automatically at the quantity shown on each product. We confirm the final price when the order is placed.
