What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address; the artwork you upload; your orders, payments and the messages we exchange about them.

Why we collect it

To take and fulfil your order, to take payment, to send you proofs and order updates, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. We only send marketing if you have asked us to, and you can stop it at any time from your profile.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, so you can pay; our image host, which stores your artwork; and delivery partners when we are sending you something. We do not sell your data.

Your artwork

Files you upload are stored privately and used to produce your order. You keep whatever rights you had in them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep order and payment records for a period even after deletion, where the law requires it.
