At least 150 DPI at the size it will print. Our design studio checks this automatically when you upload and tells you the largest size your file will print cleanly at.
A PNG with a transparent background is safest, especially on coloured garments. A JPEG cannot hold transparency, so a logo saved as one may print with a white box around it.
Most items are ready in 2–5 working days, counted from proof approval and cleared deposit rather than from when you ordered. Large or complex jobs take longer and we will tell you up front.
Free of charge any time before production starts, with a full refund of what you have paid. Once printing begins the materials are committed and the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes — bulk pricing is applied automatically, and the tiers are shown on every product page. For large or unusual jobs, request a quote and an agent will price it.
Yes, we deliver countrywide. Cost depends on destination and weight, and is confirmed by an agent after you order. You can also collect free from any branch.
If it does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it at our cost. If the approved proof itself had the error, we will always help, but a reprint is chargeable.
