How long it takes

Lead times are counted in working days from proof approval and a cleared deposit — not from when you placed the order. That matters: if a proof sits unapproved for three days, the clock has not started.

• Mugs and bags: 2 working days
• T-shirts and polos: 3–4 working days
• Hoodies and embroidery: 4–5 working days
• Large or mixed orders: we confirm a date up front

Collection

Free from any of our branches. We message you when your order is ready.

Delivery

We deliver countrywide. The cost depends on destination and weight, and an agent confirms it after you order rather than guessing at checkout.

If something is wrong

If what you receive does not match the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days and we reprint it at our cost. Because every item is made to your design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — which is exactly why we send a proof first.

Cancelling

Free any time before production starts, with a full refund. Once printing begins the materials are committed and the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
